These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoginWatch (the "Service"), operated by 9GG LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("LoginWatch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LoginWatch is a strictly defensive software tool that helps an organization monitor its OWN internet-facing login exposure — passively mapping reachable login/admin surfaces (wp-login, admin panels, RDP, VPN portals, webmail/OWA), reporting the COUNT and age of employee emails appearing in known breach corpora (never any plaintext password or secret), and flagging MFA gaps, default admin paths and expiring TLS on login hosts — and that drafts and dispatches remediation-action checklists at configurable thresholds (e.g. 60, 30 and 7 days before each remediation deadline). LoginWatch uses passive, PUBLIC data only: it never attempts a login, never exploits anything, never hacks back, and never deanonymizes or targets individuals. LoginWatch maps exposure and drafts checklists; it is not a penetration test, not a security guarantee and not legal advice. You may use it only against domains and assets your organization owns or is authorized to monitor, and you are responsible for verifying all findings with your own security team. See our Disclaimer & Scope.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email address to activate your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, interfering with or disrupting the Service, accessing it by unauthorized means, uploading unlawful content, or using it to send unsolicited or unlawful communications. You may only use the Service to monitor domains and assets your organization owns or is expressly authorized to assess. You agree not to use the Service to attempt unauthorized access, exploitation, intrusion or any offensive security activity against any system. You are responsible for the content of any notices you configure the Service to send and for compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL and similar).
You retain all rights to the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), AI/LLM providers (remediation-notice drafting), passive exposure/breach-data sources, and our hosting provider. Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by LoginWatch and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALERTS OR DRAFTS WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE OR TIMELY, OR THAT ALL EXPOSURE WILL BE DETECTED. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SECURITY GUARANTEE. YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY PROGRAM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGINWATCH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY BREACH, INTRUSION, ACCOUNT TAKEOVER, DATA LOSS, DOWNTIME, MISSED EXPOSURE OR LOST BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You will indemnify and hold LoginWatch harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms: support@9gg.app, or 9GG LLC.
